Hold on to your hats...you won't believe this meal.

As I may have mentioned previously, my sister-in-law J. is the “Supreme Hostess”. Her children’s parties of yore were unparalleled. Now that her fledglings are flying away from the nest, J. might just have a bit too much time on her hands. Last night, she served 10 new recipes at a dinner party in her home. It’s going to take me at least a week to post everything that she made for one meal. Is there not a mayoralty candidate in Toronto who needs a campaign manager?

The menu....

Appetizers:

Sweet and Sour Salami Treats
Wasabi Tuna skewers
Piled High Tortillas cups
Pan-fried Onion dip

Main Course:
Caramelized Cauliflower
Glazed Carrots
Parmesan Smashed Potatoes
Parmesan-crusted Asparagus
Beef Tenderloin

Dessert:
Cashew almond crunch
Warm Chocolate Cake

Stay tuned for some great recipes.

....and to think that I was planning on posting another cheese sandwich variation today.
