
Icing for Cookie Decorating:
- 1/2 cup of softened buttered
- 1 kg. bag of icing sugar
- 3/4 of a cup of milk
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla
Using a hand-held mixer, blend the ingredients together in a large mixing bowl until smooth. Divide the icing into smaller bowls and add food colouring to produce whatever colours you like. Use small candies, raisins, nuts and maraschino cherries to further embellish the iced cookies.
