I'm now the proud owner of 2 lbs of caramelized onions (that's precook weight) and 2c of sake chicken liver pate. I found a place that sells duck livers too, may try that next. It's so good! I love your blog!! :)
Oh and Jonathan loved the tarte and wants to try making it next. We need to buy pans though.
